Order cancellations or changes
If you wish to cancel or change your order please let us know by email via info@homewt.com.au within 24 hours of placing your order. Cancellation or change requests after this period cannot be processed.
In your email please include the following:
- Your full name (as provided on your order)
- Your order number.
Please allow 24 hours for us to respond to your request.
Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your items! That's why we offer hassle-free returns and refunds for items that are in their original condition and protective sleeves.
Change of mind
We hope you love our item, but if you change your mind and would like to refund an item please let us know before sending back.
Damaged item
If you receive a faulty item, we'll be happy to process a full refund for you. However, to ensure everyone enjoys our products for a long time, we kindly ask that you follow the care instructions provided on our website here. Unfortunately, if damage occurs due to improper care that goes against these instructions, we won't be able to offer a refund.
We understand that care instructions can sometimes be overlooked, so please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions about caring for your new items.
Refund Process
To be eligible for a refund please:
- Email us within 14 days of delivery at info@homewt.com.au along with your order number and reason for return and we'll send on the return address.
- Please return your item only after we have accepted and confirmed your refund.
- Treat your return items with care and send back to us unused and in the original packaging, within 21 days of us accepting your refund. Any items used, significantly different from how they were sent, or sent back after this time, won't be eligible for a refund.
The return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service and holding onto the proof of postage as we cannot be held liable for any items lost or damaged in transit.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs or any additional fees.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
PRINTS
Given the nature of digital products, no cancellations, returns or exchanges are accepted.
If you have any issues with the prints you have received, please contact HWT and we will do our absolute best to resolve it for you!
