Where are your items dispatched from?
All Home with Tanzin (HWT) cushion covers are dispatched from Sydney, Australia.
Australian Orders
Orders within Australia are shipped for a flat fee of $10 using Australia Post, which takes between 1 to 2 weeks to arrive after dispatch. If you'd like your item sooner, please select the express shipping option, which should get your item to you within 1 to 4 business days after dispatch.
What does it mean when my order is dispatched?
If your order has been dispatched, it means that we have handed it over to the delivery service. This means your order has been prepared, packaged and is on the way to you!
Here's how your order is progressed:
- Ordered: You've placed your order.
- Prepared: We get your order ready for packaging.
- Dispatched: We have packaged your order, and handed it over to Australia Post.
- Shipped: Australia Post now has your package and it's officially on its way to you.
Please note: The indicative delivery time frames begin after your order has been dispatched.
Local Pick Up
For faster pick-up and to save on shipping costs, choose local pick-up at checkout and we'll contact you by email or phone to confirm the pick-up date, time, and address. Our convenient location is in South West Sydney, just 45 minutes from the CBD.
Local pick-up is a great option for those in Camden, Campbelltown, Liverpool, and surrounding areas within NSW. Skip the shipping fees and grab your order on your own schedule!
What happens if my order is delayed, lost or damaged?
We will do our best to ensure that your item is received as soon as possible and with much care, however we are not liable for any delays, loss or damage caused by Australia Post. This includes any delays or loss caused by providing an incorrect delivery address at the time of order.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
No, unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel lockers.
Do you do international orders?
Yes, we currently offer international shipping to certain locations. When finalising your order, delivery fees will generate based on your address and country if you are in an international region that we currently ship to - please ensure you enter the correct delivery details.
Please email info@homewt.com.au if you have any questions or issues about international ordering. In your email please include the following:
- Your postal details (including country and area codes)
- The items you would like to order.
We endeavour to respond to your query within 24 to 48 hours.
If your location does not generate a delivery fee, please email us. If we are able to ship to your international location and you are happy with the quote, an invoice will me emailed to you for order processing.
Please note, we do not cover import and custom fees.
Which international regions do you deliver to?
Currently, we offer international shipping to the following regions: Asia and South East Asia, Europe, North America and NZ and Pacific Islands.

PRINTS
What does 'instant download' mean?
Any product that is an 'instant download' refers to a digital product that you will have access to immediately after your purchase through a download link. This means no physical item will be sent to you. You can print this item yourself in any size you prefer.
When will I receive my prints?
Your prints will available to you via a download link after purchase.
